Biography
2015/16 Indoor-2015 Outdoor- In her first season with the Lions, Rizzo achieved PRs in the 60m Dash and the 60m Hurdles with times of 8.70 and 9.29 respectively at the Ramapo College Season Opener. . . At the TCNJ vs Rider Dual meet she achieved PRs in the 55mH with a time of 9.29, the Long Jump with a distance of 4.74 and Triple Jump with a distance of 10.30m. . . Following in the Outdoor Season, competing as a Heptathlete ran PR in the 100H with a time of 16.96 as well as a PR in the 200m Dash with a time of 28.14 at the TCNJ Invitational. . . Finished the Season at the New Jersey Athletic Conference with PRs in the 800m Run with a time of 2:52.88, High Jump with a Height of 1.31m, Shot Put with a distance of 7.48m, and Javelin with a distance of 19.33m amounting to an overall Heptathlon PR with a score of 3012.
