2021-22 (SENIOR): Competed in the 800 at two meets before placing seventh in the steeplechase at the NJAC Outdoor Championship (5/8)

2021 (JUNIOR): Finished third in the steeplechase at the NJAC Outdoor Championship (5/8)

2019-20 (Sophomore): Repeated on first-place 4x800 relay at the NJAC Indoor Championship (2/24) … Set a personal best of 3,000 meters at the Frank Colden Invitational… set a personal best of 5:45.49 in the mile at the NJAC Indoor Championships

2018-19 (FRESHMAN): Part of the first-place 4x800 relay team at the NJAC Indoor Championship (2/18), where she also placed fourth in the 800 meters ... Made TCNJ debut at the Lions Indoor Invitational (1/12) ... Runner-up in the 4x800 in dual with Rider (2/1) ... Won the 4x400 at the Lions Outdoor Invitational (4/26) ... Finished third in the 800 and fourth in the steeplechase at the NJAC Outdoor Championship (5/5)

BEFORE TCNJ: Member of the cross country, track & field, and lacrosse teams at Pascack Hills High School ... Cross country team won the county championship ... Was involved in the model united nations as well as girl scouts ... Member of the National Honors Society.

PERSONAL: Biggest athletic thrill so far has been running in nationals ... Hobbies include running, hiking, reading, and Netflix ... Favorite athlete is Colleen Quigley ... Is a volunteer emergency medical technician.
