2017-18 Indoor/2018 Outdoor… Carter enjoyed a strong sophomore year in both the indoor and outdoor season as she qualified for the NCAA Championships in each… (Indoor) set a PR in the 55 meter with a time of 7.45 in the TCNJ vs Rider Dual…Set a PR in the 60m in TCNJ’s Indoor Open… Ran an 8.92 in the 60 hurdles at the Atlantic Region Championships which is also a PR and tied the program record… (Outdoor) Qualified for nationals in the 100 hurdles with a time of 14.29 that is also a PR… Set another PR in the 100 meter with a time of 12.93 in the Stockton Invitational…Member of the 4x100 relay team that took home 2^nd Team All-NJAC honors, and was named All-NJAC Honorable Mention in 100 hurdles… Also named All-Atlantic Region in 100 hurdles.

2016/17 Indoor- 2017 Outdoor- In her first season with the Lions, Carter ran her first collegiate PR at the 2017 Collegeville Classic with a time of 8.09 in the 60M Dash. . . At the TCNJ vs Rider Dual Meet she ran PRs in the 55M, 55M Hurdles, and the200 M Dash with times of 7.45, 8.61 and 27.90 respectively. . . Ran PR in the 60M Hurdles with a time of 9.07 for a 6^th place finish in the event at the Fast Track Last Chance Meet. . . In the Outdoor season at the Oneonta Final Qualifier she ran a PR of 15.31 in the 100m Hurdles and finished her season at the 2017 Mideast Invitational with a PR in the 100M Dash with a time of 12.98. Kalia earned All-NJAC Second Team Honors for her role in the 4x100 Relay.
