COLLEGE HONORS:Was a member of both the 2002 and 2003 TCNJ National Cross Country teams.
A member of the Atlantic Region All-Region Team for the 2003 cross country season.
A member of the NJAC All-Conference team for both cross country and track.
TCNJ Scholar-Athlete.
Was named to the 2005 Cross Country All-NJAC Team and the 2005 Atlantic All-Regiona Team.
Member of the 2005 NCAA Championship team that finished in ninth place.
