2017-18 Indoor/2018 Outdoor… Tampone ran a PR of 1:49.09 in the 600 at the TCNJ Indoor Open… Also achieved a PR in the 800 meter with a time of 2:39.24 at the Towson Tiger Invitational… (Outdoor) Achieved a season best in the 400 with a time of 1:05.85 in TCNJ’s Invitational… Ran another top time on the year in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:08.08 in the NJAC Championships.
2016/17 Indoor- 2017 Outdoor- In her first season with the Lions, Tampone earned a PR in the 500m run with a time of 1:25.37 at the Lehigh John Covert Classic 2017. . . In the Outdoor season, she competed in both the 400m run and the 400m Hurdles where she tallied PRs in each. . . At the 2017 Lions Invitational she gained a PR in the 400m run with a time of 1:01.08 . . .She finished the season at the 2017 Mideast Invitational where she marked a PR of 1:04.70 in the 400 m Hurdles. . . In her rookie season she gained All-NJAC Second team honors for her role in the 4x200 Relay and the 4x400m Relay in the indoor season followed by an Honorable Mention for her role in the outdoor 4x400 Relay.
