2017-18 Indoor/2018 Outdoor… Gorman put together a strong sophomore season that started with a bang as she broke the school record in the 300 with a time of 41.48 in TCNJ's Indoor Opener…Set a PR in the 200 with a time of 25.61 in the Boston University David Hemery Invitational… Achieved a PR in TCNJ’s dual vs Rider, as she ran a 7.63 in the 55 meter…. Was on the 4x400 relay team that took first place in the NJAC Championships and was named First Team All-NJAC… Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the 400 meter... (Outdoor) Ran a PR of 12.76 in the 100 meter at the Stockton Invitational… Ran a leg of the 4x400 relay squad that received All-NJAC Honorable Mention.
2016/17 Indoor- 2017 Outdoor- In her first season with the Lions, Gorman competed at the 2016 New Year’s Invitational for a PR in the 300m dash with a time of 43.29. . . Samantha earned her All-NJAC Second Team Honors in the 400m run and her role in the 4x400 Relay at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships . . In the Spring season, she earned a PR in the 200m Dash with a time of 25.40 at the Widener Invitational. . . Gorman tallied a second place finish and PR in the 400m run at the 2017 Mideast Invitational with a time of 56.54 that sent her to her final race of the season at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships. . . Samantha earned three All-NJAC Second Team Honors in the 200m dash, the 400m run and for her role in the 4x100m Relay.
