2019-20 (Junior): set a personal best of 41.77 in the 300 meters at the TCNJ Indoor Open… set a personal best of 8.20 in the 60 meters at the Lions Indoor Invitational… set a personal best of 25.65 in the 200 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational
2017-18 Indoor/2018 Outdoor…In her first season with the Lions, Lambert reached a top time of 26.17 in the NJAC Championships… Ran a 42.09 in the 300 meter in the 2017 TCNJ Indoor Open, and achieved a top time of 59.82 in the 400 meter at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic… Was on the 4x400 team who placed first in the NJAC Championships and was All-NJAC First Team… Also was named All-NJAC Second Team in the 4x200 relay and All-NJAC Honorable Mention in the 200 meter… (Outdoor) Ran a top time of 27.26 in the 200 meter at the TCNJ Invitational, and a 1:02.32 in the 400 meter at the NJAC Championships…
