Goduto enters his third season on the Lions coaching staff in 2020-21 after an extremely successful high school coaching career. Goduto helped lead the team to its first ever NCAA Regional Championship a season ago, while guiding five athletes to All-America honors. In his first season with the Lions, Goduto helped coach an NCAA National Champion in Ryan Budzek as well as three total All-Americans. Goduto and the remainder of the Lions staff earned NCAA Mideast Coaching Staff of the Year.
As head coach at Cedar Grove High School, Goduto led the team to back-to-back NJSIAA Group 1 State Title. He was named District 13 Coach of the Year three times and in 2017 was named NJ.com and NJSIAA Region 2 Coach of the Year. Goduto was a two-time NCAA Division III All-American at Montclair State University.
