Matt Beym joined TCNJ in the spring of 2015 and was promoted to Assistant AD for Equipment and Events in March of 2025.

In the equipment room he is responsible for the ordering, inventory, maintenance and distribution of all athletic equipment and uniforms for the 20 varsity sports. He is also the liaison for the apparel and equipment vendors for the athletic department, handling all licensing policies and requests. 

In addition to equipment room responsibilities, Matt is also a facilities assistant. He assists with the game set-up and facilities management for home events.

Prior to TCNJ Matt worked at Elite Tournaments in Columbia, MD as an event operations associate. Elite tournaments ran and organized youth soccer tournaments all over the United States. Matt was in charge of organizing the equipment for each location, the setup of the sites and visiting the sites prior to the start of the tournaments.

Matt earned his bachelors in sport management from Wesley College in the winter of 2010. He played on the football team for all four years. He earned his masters degree in sport administration from Canisius College in the winter of 2013. While earning his bachelors, he interned at the University of Maryland-Baltimore County under the facilities, events and equipment managers.
