Fosam enters his fourth season on the Lions coaching staff in 2020-21. He helped lead the team to its first ever NCAA Regional Championship a season ago, while guiding five athletes to All-America honors. Fosam is tasked primarily with coaching heavyweights at the college. Fosam and the remainder of the Lions staff earned NCAA Mideast Coaching Staff of the Year in 2019.
