Tom enters his second season of coaching after an exceptional career with TCNJ's men's swimming and diving program from 2005 through 2009. Nawrot was a 12-time All-American, earning national honors in each of the four seasons he competed. He holds Lion's program records in four different relay events including the 200 medley (1:31.12), 400 medley (3:19.82), 200 freestyle (1:22.29), and 400 freestyle (3:01.85) relays.
