James sparked the Lions to a 27-21 homecoming victory over William Paterson University as he scored the winning touchdown in overtime on a five-yard run. He added a touchdown earlier in the game as well as he finished the contest with 58 yards on 17 carries and went for 70 yards through the air connecting on 5-of-9 attempts.
