Montclair, NJ... Junior Casey Caruso (East Brunswick, NJ/East Brunswick) scored the game's only goal in the second overtime as The College of New Jersey women's soccer team slipped past host Montclair State University on Sunday.

TCNJ, which entered the game ranked sixth in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division III poll, slipped to 8-1 overall and 2-1 in the conference.

Caruso's goal, her fourth of the season, came 3:24 into the second overtime.

In goal for the Lions, senior Jessica Clarke (Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley) made one save to pick up her sixth shutout of the season.

The Lions remain on the road heading to Rutgers University - Camden on Wednesday, September 30 for a 7 p.m. start against the Scarlet Raptors.
