Camden, NJ...The College of New Jersey women's soccer team wrapped up its season-long nine-game road swing on a winning note as the Lions got past host Rutgers University-Camden 2-0 in Camden on Wednesday.

The Lions put the game away scoring both goals in the second half as they came within 2:12 of each other. Junior Briann McDonough (North Arlington, NJ/Immaculate Heart Academy) scored midway through the period.

McDonough then set up an insurance goal minutes later as Jaclyn Greco (Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) netted her first collegiate goal.

The Lions started the season at home on September 1 and have been on the road ever since. The team finished those nine games with an 8-1 record. TCNJ, which is 9-1 overall and 3-1 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference, finally returns home on Saturday, October 3 hosting New Jersey City University in a 1 p.m. conference tilt at TCNJ's Soccer Complex.

TCNJ held a huge 41-2 advantage in shots for the game.

Senior keeper Jessica Clarke (Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley) added another shutout to her credit picking up her seventh of the season making one save. Clarke has 39 career shutouts tying her with Danielle Mastrosimone (1992-95) for second on the program's all-time list.
