Sophomore
Kevin McCartney (Old Bridge, NJ/St. Joseph's) scored the game's lone goal in the 85
th minute, taking a through ball from junior

Freshman goalkeeper
Maciej Libucha (Woodland Park, NJ/Passaic Valley) faced ten shots in the game, and stopped a pair in the second period to secure his fourth win and second shutout of the season.
The Sea Gulls (7-3-2) came out strong in the opening 20 minutes of the game, but TCNJ's defense held strong to keep the game deadlocked. With the game scoreless at the intermission, both squads came out with purpose in the second period.
With less than four minutes remaining, Shaw found a seam in the Salisbury defense and pushed pass to McCartney, who was streaking through the middle. Salisbury keeper

The Lions return to New Jersey Athletic Conference play on Wednesday, October 10 as they travel to William Paterson University, while the Sea Gulls are also in action that day at Christopher Newport University. Both games start at 7 p.m.
