Tournament bracket
Ewing, NJ ... The College of New Jersey baseball team will play its second round game of the New Jersey Athletic Conference tournament against William Paterson University at George Ackerman Park tomorrow (Thursday) at 3:30 p.m.
The Lions split their regular season series with the Pioneers, losing the first game 4-3 before winning the second contest 11-6.
In the original tournament bracket, TCNJ was seeded fifth and the Pioneers owned the four-seed. Following a revision of the bracket due to Montclair State University being eliminated from the tourney, the Lions now have a higher seed than WPU and will host tomorrow's game.
Ramapo College, who advanced in the winner's bracket with a forfeit victory over the Red Hawks on Tuesday, will visit Rowan University in the other NJAC tournament game on Thursday. Kean University receives a bye and advances to the winner's bracket final. They will play the winner of the Prof/Roadrunner game and host the remainder of the tournament on Saturday.
