Galloway, NJ …A pair of second half goals off restarts led The College of New Jersey men's soccer team to a 3-1 victory over Lebanon Valley College in their final game of the Osprey Open held at Richard Stockton College.

Kevin Shaw (Brookside, NJ/West Morris Mendham) sealed the victory with a penalty kick in game's final minutes. Freshman
Tokio Nakamoto (Waldwick, NJ/Waldwick) also netted his first collegiate goal in the opening period.
The Lions moved to 3-2 on the season with the win as the Dutchmen suffered their first loss of 2012 and fell to 4-1 overall. TCNJ trailed 1-0 early on, but responded with the unanswered goals to seize the victory.

The Lions began to apply pressure on offense as Shaw put a shot on the goal that was saved by LV goalkeeper
James Clements. Just over four minutes later, senior
Sean Casey (Toms River, NJ/Toms River South) sent a pass to Nakamoto. The rookie blasted a shot from 30 yards out that found the back of the net to knot the game at one goal apiece.
TCNJ was thrifty with their shots, taking four in the opening period, all of which were between the pipes.
Less than 10 minutes after the intermission, the Lions were awarded a free kick off a foul. McEnroe struck gold at the 53:25 mark for his first career goal.
Play was back-and-forth before Clements was given a yellow card in the box as TCNJ received a penalty kick with 4:26 remaining. Shaw buried his second PK of the season and has now matched his season output of tallies from 2011. It was his fourth goal in five games.
The Lions square off against one more non-conference opponent prior to the opening of New Jersey Athletic Conference play. They travel to Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ on Wednesday afternoon for a 4 p.m. game. The Ducks record currently stands at 2-2.
TCNJ returns home to take on NJAC opponent Ramapo College on Saturday, September 15 at 1 p.m. in TCNJ's Soccer Complex. The top six teams in the NJAC regular season standings advance to the conference championship tournament.
