Hoboken, NJ... The College of New Jersey women's soccer team had its 14-game unbeaten streak to start the season snapped as the Lions fell 4-0 at the Stevens Institute of Technology on Wednesday in a showdown of nationally-ranked programs.

th-ranked Ducks (12-2-1) scored once in the opening period and then added three more in the seconds as they extended their winning streak to seven straight.

The loss was the first of the year for seventh-ranked TCNJ as they fell to 11-1-3.

The Lions did have the edge in shots as they directed 16 at the Stevens goal, while the Ducks got off 13. Sophomore
Jessica Goldman (Belle Mead, NJ/Montgomery) was the most active player for TCNJ as she fired off a game-high seven shots.

TCNJ returns to New Jersey Athletic Conference play on Saturday when they head to William Paterson University to face the Pioneers at 5 p.m.
