Reading, PA... The College of New Jersey field hockey team wrapped up the non-conference portion of the schedule on Thursday as the Lions shutout Albright College, 6-0.

The win put second ranked TCNJ at 15-1 on the season as they head into Saturday's season finale when they host Kean University on Saturday at 1 p.m.

The loss put the Albright Lions at 11-8.

TCNJ's Lions got on the board less than 10 minutes into the game as senior
Alicia Wagner (Hopewell, NJ/Hopewell Valley) scored on an assist from
Taylor Barrett (Neshanic Station, NJ/Hunterdon Central). That goal came 9:22 into the contest.

The next two goals came late in the half and just over two minutes apart. Freshman
Elizabeth Morrison (Stonington, CT/Stonington) got the first of those with junior
Lexi Smith (Florence, NJ/Florence Twp.) getting the second. Those two quick goals gave TCNJ a 3-0 cushion at the half.

Jamie Rehus (Morris Plains, NJ/Whippany Park) made it 4-0 with her first collegiate goal with an assist from
Mikayla Cimillica (Fairfield, NJ/West Essex).

The fifth and goal came from Smith with 15:23 left in the game, while Barrett closed things out with the sixth tally in the final 10 minutes.
