Box Score Galloway, NJ – TCNJ (4-3, 2-1 NJAC) topped Stockton University 76-70 on Wednesday night, stopping the Ospreys three game winning streak. Stockton got off to a quick start with an 11-3 lead but the Lions answered with 11 straight points to take a 14-11 advantage with 10:50 to play in the first half. The Lions by as many as 14 points before Armin Cane connected on a three-pointer. TCNJ led at the break 41-30.

The Lions continues its strong play taking a 46-32 lead three minutes into the second half. The Ospreys scored seven straight points to cut the lead to 46-39. TCNJ answered and opened up a 51-39 lead, Stockton heated up from beyond the arc. The Ospreys hit four three-pointers, during a 16-5 run that brought Stockton within one at 56-55 with 7:35 to play. That was as close as the Ospreys would come as TCNJ scored the next eight points to make it 64-55 with 5:32 on the clock. The Lions were able to sustain the lead for the entire second half.

Eric Murdock, Jr. led the Lions in scoring with a game-high 24 points, including a perfect 10-10 from the line.
Eric Klacik added 11 points and game-high seven assists while
Jordan Glover,
Elias Bermudez and
Steven Kelly chipped with 10 points each. Bermudez led all players with 12 rebounds to complete a double-double.
TCNJ will host Rutgers-Newark Saturday, December 5th at 3PM in Packer Hall.
