Ewing, NJ… The College of New Jersey women's soccer team won their 15
th straight game to open the season, defeating Kean University 7-0 Saturday Afternoon. The second-ranked Lions improve to 15-0 on the season and 8-0 in the New Jersey Athletic Conference. The Cougars drop to 10-6-1 overall and 4-4 in the NJAC.

TCNJ got on the board early scoring just 17 seconds into the game when
Jessica Goldman (Belle Mead, NJ/Mongomery) found
Christine Levering (Robbinsville, NJ/Robbinsville). Levering has now 138 points in her career, the most ever by a TCNJ player.

Kelly Carolan (Sparta, NJ/Sparta) continued the scoring, finishing off a keeper deflection on a ball played by
Devon McDonough (Monmouth Beach, NJ/Shore Regional).
Hannah Richman (Egg Harbor Twp., NJ/Egg Harbor) extended the lead off a pass from
Julianna Bertolino (Medford, NJ/Shawnee). Bertolino later recorded her first collegiate goal off a feed from
Despina Lianidis (Linwood, NJ/Mainland Regional).

Alexa Beatty (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill NJ) closed out the first half scoring, netting a pair of goals on assists from Richman and
Ally Weaver (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee).

Weaver scored her first collegiate goal, scoring on a set piece from
Faith Eichenour (Neptune, NJ/Neptune) in the second half to produce the final score.

Nicole DiPasquale (Paramus, NJ/Paramus), Alexander Panasuk (Wall Township, NJ/Wall), and
Sam Carney (Basking Ridge, NJ/Ridge) combined to produce the shutout.
