Ewing, NJ ... The New Jersey Athletic Conference baseball double header pitting The College of New Jersey against Kean University scheduled for Saturday, April 29th at 11:30 a.m. has been moved back one hour to a 12:30 p.m. start.

Heavy rains in the Ewing, NJ area early this morning soaked George Ackerman Park. The field is being worked on throughout the morning and the hope is that the additional time will allow the field to be playable by 12:30 p.m.

The Saturday twin-bill with the Cougars are the final regular season games for the Lions. They are currently tied for first in the NJAC standings with Ramapo College at 13-3.
