Florham, NJ … The College of New Jersey men's soccer team won its second straight match, defeating Fairleigh Dickinson University – Florham Campus, 3-0 on Wednesday evening.

In the final minute of the first half, Ryan Vazquez (Kinnelon, NJ/Seton Hall Prep) headed a cross off the foot of sophomore Matt Decker (Warren, NJ/Watchung Hills) into the back of the net to extend the lead to 2-0. It was the first collegiate goal for Vazquez.

TCNJ (4-2) dominated play throughout the contest. They outshot the Devils (0-4) 22-10 and forced goalkeeper James Bretschneider to make eight saves.

With 15:49 remaining in the game, Peter Dresch (Highland Park, NJ/St. Joseph's) iced the game with his second tally of the season.
