Ewing, NJ... The College of New Jersey women's tennis team won their seventh straight match in dominating fashion, defeating Wilkes University 9-0. The Lions improve to 8-0 on the year, while the Colonels drop to 6-2.
The Lions won every set in the dual, improving to 68-4 in matches this season.
Audrey Chen (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor-North) and
Andrea Giacobbo (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) were the top performers in doubles winning 8-1.
Maddy Stoner (Ewing, NJ/Ewing) led the Lions in singles winning 6-2, 6-0.
The Lions return to action Friday, April 6 when they host SUNY Geneseo at 4:00 PM.
