MANHEIM, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) released its sixth set of rankings for the 2019-20 season Thursday. The College of New Jersey rose five spots to number seven in the most recent poll. The ranking is the first time in the top ten for the program since the 2015-16 season.
 
Individually, Dan Ortega held steady at number ten at 125 pounds. Returning All-American Jake Giordano stayed firm at number four at 133 pounds.
 
The Lions are coming off a record 11^th team championship at the Budd Whitehill Duals and sit at 9-1 on the season.
