Today's This Week in TCNJ History look back is another milestone in the decorated career of head field hockey and lacrosse coach Sharon Pfluger. On Oct. 1 2015, the TCNJ field hockey team defeated Gwynedd Mercy to tally Pfluger's 1,000th overall career coaching victory.

Pfluger has directed the field hockey and lacrosse programs to tremendous success, as they have won a combined 20 NCAA Division III Championships. Currently, she ranks third all-time in all divisions in wins for field hockey with 624. Pfluger is the Division III field hockey leader in both wins and winning percentage. For lacrosse, Pfluger is the all-time NCAA leader in wins with 532, and the active leader in winning percentage with a clip of .892. That also ranks her second all-time across all divisions.
