WAYNE, N.J. – The TCNJ women's tennis team opened NJAC play with a victory Tuesday afternoon, defeating William Paterson 9-0. The win improves the Lions season record to 3-0. The Pioneers are now 0-2 with both matches against conference competition. The win extends TCNJ's winning streak to 14-straight matches dating back through last season and extends the Lions' conference winning streak to 189.

The Lions were dominant on all courts. In doubles play,
Charlotte Roarty and
Jenny Landells won 8-0 at number one.
Alexa Vasile and
Chase Eisenberg did not drop a game on court two.

In singles play, Roarty,
Liya Davidov, Eisenberg, and
Anusha Rangu all won in straight sets without losing a game at numbers one through four respectively.
