NCAA Division III Softball Championship Tournament Bracket Release

INDIANAPOLIS– After winning its 12^th NJAC Championship in program history, the 14^th-ranked TCNJ softball team will play Gettysburg in the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. The NCAA released its brackets today. The Lions will be playing in the Virginia Beach regional, hosted by Virginia Wesleyan. TCNJ's opening game will be on Friday, May 21, at noon.

The Lions are the No. 2 seed in the regional, while the Bullets are the No. 5 seed. Virginia Wesleyan is the number one seed in the bracket. The rest of the regional consists of Moravian, Farmingdale State, and Penn College.

The regional will be a double elimination format, with the winner advancing to the NCAA Division III College World Series. The College World Series will take place the following weekend in Salem, Va.
