HOW IT HAPPENED

- In the 10th, the Scarlet Raiders knotted the game at one after a chip shot went over the head of a charging Bella Norman.

- Six minutes before the half, Rachel Burkhard nailed her third 'Olimpico' goal of the year, scoring via the corner kick to go ahead 4-1 before the break.
- It took the Lions all of about ten minutes to strike again in the second half as Pascarella scored on the second Lindsay O'Keefe assist of the game.
- Garay then knocked in her second goal of the game in the 58th off the second Pascarella assist of the afternoon to make it 6-1.
- In the 80th Alyssa Alfano played a Sofia Alves free kick off the bounce before sending a strike past the goalkeeper.
- Jaime Girtain assisted on the next two goals to close out the scoring for the Lions. The first was a rebound that landed right in front of Grace Hamlin to put away and the second came off a nice pass from left to right in front of the net for Alfano to cash in on.
