EWING, N.J. - TCNJ baseball's Mike LaGravenis capped off his ever-growing list of postseason accolades with a selection to the ABCA Region 4 All-Defensive Team, as announced by the organization this morning.
 
A Gold Glove Team member in 2022, LaGravenis garnered his second consecutive ABCA/Rawlings All-Defensive Team nod after another terrific campaign in the infield. Starting 47 games at second base, the senior boasted a fielding percentage of .988, committing just three errors on 246 chances. LaGravenis was one of just three players in the NJAC to eclipse the century mark in both put outs (111) and assists (132) – the latter of which ranked third in the conference – while also turning 18 double plays.
 
The senior paired his impressive defensive play with a career-best year at the plate, slashing .365/.470/.469 with team-high marks in hits (70), runs (51) and stolen bases (17).
