Â
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Â
Fricker caps off an impressive career both on and off the court with a second straight selection to the Academic All-District team. A nursing major with a 3.65 cumulative GPA, the senior earned All-NJAC Second Team honors after averaging career-bests in scoring (12.0), rebounds (6.9), assists (2.3) and steals (1.6) – the latter of which paced the team.
Â
Fricker was at her best late in the season, averaging 15 points, seven rebounds and 1.5 steals in TCNJ's run to its first NJAC Championship since 2009 before scoring a team-high 13 points in the program's first NCAA Tournament game since 2018. The Marlton-native finished her career with 940 points and ranks 13th in program history with 560 rebounds.
Â
Hourigan-Hutton was one of just three players to start all 28 games for the Lions, averaging 4.1 points and a career-high 4.7 rebounds per game while finishing with a GPA of 3.5 as a communication studies major. The senior set new personal-bests in both scoring (14) and rebounds (12) during the regular season and improved her shooting percentage by over five percent to a career-high 39.2 in her final season.
Â
Bernhardt, a kinesiology & health sciences major with a 3.91 GPA, makes her debut on the Academic All-District list in her first eligible season. The sophomore paired her dominance in the classroom with a breakout season on the court, more than tripling her scoring average as a freshman to a career-best 8.1 points per game. Bernhardt served as one of TCNJ's best shooters for much of the season, finishing second on the team with 50 made 3-pointers while shooting at a 37.6 percent clip.
Â
The sophomore had her season highlighted in an offensive showcase against Rutgers-Newark in which she drained a career-high seven triples en route to 33 points in just 21 minutes of action.
