Biography

A redshirt senior quarterback, Chris Bell returns to the Lions’ lineup this fall bringing with him stability and durability. He is very well versed with the Lions’ offense and provides TCNJ with security as well as an on-field consistency. Bell is a valuable member to the program and brings the program depth. As a junior, he played in all 10 games under center and passed for 575 yards with five touchdowns. He had a career-best performance with 253 passing yards in the Lions’ victory over FDU-Florham after completing 17-of-25 pass attempts with three touchdowns. He added 137 passing yards in the match-up against SUNY Cortland last year and finished the year with a 47.2% pass completion percentage with long passes of 39, 35 and 31 yards along the way.

 A National Honor Society student at Holy Spirit High School, Bell was a captain and a three-year letter winner scholastically. He is a special education major at TCNJ.
