Biography
Junior: Tapped to serve as a team co-captain and will provide the Lions leadership on and off the court. Started all 25 games as a junior with a personal-best 10.3 ppg average. Added 4.8 rpg as well, while ranking 22nd in the league in scoring. And 15th in rebounding. He ranked 14th in the NJAC in 2007-08 with his 1.44 three-point baskets per game after hitting 33.0% of his shots from beyond the arch (36-109). Handed out 46 assists with a personal best 24 points last season against Stevens. Finished as the Lions’ high scorer on three occasions last year and high rebounder four times.
Sophomore: The emotional leader, Jeff Molinelli started 20 of 24 games in 2006-2007 and finished with a 6.0 ppg average and 3.1 rpg. He possesses great hustle and makes plays happen. He is also a sharp shooter having ranked 15th in the NJAC with his 1.17 three-pointers per game (28-80) and finished with a 35.0% average from three-point range which was ninth best in the league.
Freshman: Played in 13 games as a rookie and was perfect from the line (4-4).
- Averaged 3.2 minutes per game and will be looked to this season for an increased role.
High School: A 1,000 pt. scorer, who led team to the Patriot Division championships during the 2004-05 season. Voted First Team All-CVC and First Team All-Area by The Trenton Times and Trentonian. Recipient of the prestigious Jack Cryan Award (Mercer County).
Major: Health and exercise science
