2008: Started all 19 games as a freshman picking up a goal and assist in collegiate debut…Recorded a season-high five points on three goals and two assists in a win over Montclair State…Tallied three goals in a NCAA Tournament win over Claremont-Mudd-Scripts…Added 30 draw controls and 19 ground balls.

2009: Played in six games before suffering a season-ending injury…Recorded 22 goals and 32 points in those games…Named NJAC Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending March 22…Scored seven goals and nine points in a win over St. Mary’s.

2010: Earned IWLCA All-Boardwalk First Team honors…She became the fourth Lion in program history to score more than 100 points in a season as she finished the season with 106 on 56 goals and 50 assists. She led the NJAC in assists averaging an impressive 2.5 per game. Also named All-NJAC First Team and was a three-time NJAC Offensive Player of the Week selection and a one-time defensive honoree…Scored 11 points on three goals and eight assists in a NCAA Tournament win over Cabrini College.

2011: Was named the 2011 Midfielder of the Year… Mitchell had a record-breaking season for the Lions as she was named an IWLCA All-America First Team in addition to being named first team in the region…Mitchell set a single-season record with 123 points, which included a program mark 68 assists... She is already the program leader in career assists with 138…Mitchell was also named the 2011 NJAC Midfielder of the Year and All-NJAC First Team…Exploded for 10 points with on three goals and seven assists in a win over Ursinus College…Recorded at least two points in each game…Named to the 2011 NCAA All-Tournament team scoring seven goals and 10 assists in four games.
