• The midfielder is extremely difficult to defend. She shoots exceptionally well under pressure as she maneuvers through her opponents within the eight-meter arc.
• Possesses outstanding stickwork skills and has a strong sense of the game.
• An unselfish player, Karen creates numerous opportunities for her teammates all over the field.

• 2007: Garnered a pair of impressive honors as she was named IWLCA/USL First Team All-American in addition to being a IWLCA/USL Boardwalk Region First Team selection.
• Named 2007 ESPN The Magazine CoSIDA Academic All-District At-Large Second Team.
• Led the Lions in goals and scoring and netted her 100th career goal in a win at the University of Mary Washington.
• 2006: Reeled in several honors including IWLCA/USL Honorable Mention along with IWLCA/USL Boardwalk Region First Team honors. Named to the 2006 NCAA Division III All-Tournament Team.
• 2005: Was named an IWLCA/USL Second Team All-American as a freshman in addition being tabbed First Team All-Metro and First Team ECAC All-Metro.
• Finished third in scoring and finished with a career-high 51 goals.
