2015: Received First Team All-American Honors as Forward for the Lions as well as the NJAC Offensive Player of the Year and All-NJAC First Team Honors. . . During the season Douglas started 18 out of the 19 games played in 2015. . . . Tallied 17 goals and seven assists including back-to-back game-winning goals against Eastern University and NJAC Opponent Montclair State three days later. . . Finished the season with a total of 41  points and second most goals ranked on the team averaging 2.16 points per game

2014: Received All-NJAC Honorable Mention after scoring a career-high 22 goals and 51 points…Douglas was credited with the game-winning goal in the NCAA Division III Championship game against Bowdion College…She ranked second in the conference in both of those categories…During the season, she recorded a pair of hat tricks and had six-multiple goal games…Was honored as the NJAC Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending 10/19.

2013: Started all 20 games at the midfield position…Recognized as the NJAC Rookie of the Week for the week ending 10/20…Finished the season with three goals and was second on the team with seven assists…Earned her first career point with an assist against FDU-Florham (9/7) and collected her first goal versus Cabrini College (9/10)…Dished out a pair of assists in a 6-0 shutout over Albright College (10/17).
