A 2005 graduate of The College of New Jersey, Michael Falco serves as an assistant coach for the Lions after previous stints at Mercer County College and Marshall University. A former assistant with Williams at MCCC, Falco served four seasons with the Viking and helped lead the team to two Garden State Athletic Conference Championships with back to back 20-win campaigns. He was involved with recruiting, scouting, and individual player improvement and academic development.
A graduate assistant at Marshall University during the 2007-2008 season, Falco earned his masters’ degree in adult and technical education, while working closely with the coaching staff on all video scouring functions, as well as supervising coaching clinics and summer camps. In addition, to the camps at Marshall, he has worded basketball camps at the University of Florida, the University of Kansas, Stanford University, the University of Texas and Syracuse University.
Falco is currently employed by the Montgomery Township School District as a health and physical education teacher.
