Biography

2017: Morrison again started every game for the Lions as a junior helping TCNJ secure the nation’s top scoring defense for the third consecutive year at 3.24 goals per game… Morrison led the NJAC in both ground balls with 61 and caused turnovers with 59 while ranking third in the conference with 61 draw controls… Ranked 20th in the nation in caused Turnovers… Grabbed a career-high nine draw controls in a victory over Neumann… Named First Team All-NJAC, First Team All-Region, and First Team All-American as well as NJAC Defensive Player of the Year… Two time IWCLA Defensive Player of the Week… Enters her senior season ranked 11th in NCAA Division III and number one in TCNJ history in career caused turnovers with 168… Enters 2018 season ranked second in Lions history with 222 ground balls… Member of the NJAC All-Academic Team

2016: No sophomore slump for Morrison, starting all 22 games for the Lions. … Morrison was named IWLCA National Defender of the Year after being selected to the IWLCA All-American First Team for the second straight season. She also repeated as New Jersey Athletic Conference Defender of the Year, along with being named to the All-NJAC First Team. During the 2016 season, Morrison caused 69 turnovers and won 63 draw controls. Morrison also set a single-season program record scooping up 91 ground balls. She ranked 10th in the nation in caused turnovers.  Morrison was also a threat on offense for the Lions, adding 12 goals  and two assists during the season.

2015: Morrison was dominant as a freshman setting the program record for caused turnovers in a season with 40. She also led the team with 70 ground balls. Morrison corralled 65 draw controls, third most on the team. Morrison tallied her first collegiate goal as well as her first collegiate assist in a win over Kean. She was named NJAC Defensive Player and Rookie of the Year. She was named First-Team All Boardwalk Region as well as First-Team All-American.
