#5 TCNJ posts 1-0 road win at #8 SUNY Cortland

Cortland,NY… Junior Jenny Lubin (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) scored the game's only goal off of a penalty corner as the The College of New Jersey field hockey team netted a big road victory at SUNY Cortland on Sunday by the score of 1-0.

The win puts the fifth-ranked Lions at 15-2 on the season as they snapped eighth-ranked Cortland's 18-game home winning streak. The Red Dragons, which fell to 16-3, are now 44-3 in their last 47 home games with all three of those losses coming to TCNJ.

Lubin's goal came just 3:29 into the second half and was her 10th of the season.

TCNJ wraps up the regular season on Thursday, November 1 haeding to Richard Stockton College to take on the Ospreys in a 3:30 p.m. start.
