Union, NJ…The College of New Jersey's women's tennis team (3-0, 3-0 NJAC) defeated Kean University (1-4, 0-3 NJAC) 9-0 in an NJAC women's tennis match on Monday afternoon. The Lions won their 119th consecutive league match since 1982.

Jackie Shtemberg (Franklin Lakes, NJ/Ramapo) added to her singles mark as she posted a 6-0, 6-0 win over Kean's senior
Danielle Fardin (Edison, NJ/Bishop George Ahr) and then teamed at first doubles with sophomore
Sarah Roser (Bernardsville, NJ/Bernards) for another win on the fall. Shtemberg is now 12-1 this fall in singles play and 11-2 in doubles action on the fall. Roser was a winner for the Lions at third singles as well and is now 3-1 on the fall.
