It was TCNJ's younger players that made sure the seniors capped their home careers with a win as freshman Alex Okuniewicz (Toms River, NJ/Toms River North) scored 1:27 into the game followed by a pair of goals by sophomore Leigh Mitchell (Mt. Laurel, NJ/Lenape). Mitchell's goals came with 27:51 and 1:14 left in the half giving the hosts a 3-0 cushion at the break.

Reuther had a banner half for the Lions assisting on all three of TCNJ's goals.

In the second half, Mitchell completed the hat trick with 1:27 remaining on an assist from sophomore Kellyn Riley (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill West).

For the Lions, goalies Shannon Syciarz (Garwood, NJ/Arthur L. Jackson) and Sammi Brach (Belle Mead, NJ/Montgomery) combined on the team's eighth shutout of the season.

In goal for the Rangers, Laren Fasano (Branchville, NJ/High Point) finished with six saves, while Stef Rutkowski (Wilmington, DE/Tower Hill) finished with five.
