Ewing, NJ … The College of New Jersey men's swim team posted a 160-91 victory over Ramapo College to earn their second straight win to open the season. The Lions were led by senior
Myles O'Connor (Santa Monica, CA) who qualified for the NCAA cut in the 100-yard breaststroke.
O'Connor registered a time of 58.31 to qualify in just the second meet of the season. He also contributed to the 200-yard medley relay win as the Lions finished with a time of 1:36.10.
Junior
Joe Tseng (East Hanover, NJ/Hanover Park) was a triple-winner placing first in the 200-yard individual medley event with a time of 2:00.48. He also won the 200-yard backstroke (1:59.31) and was a part of the 200-yard medley relay win.
Freshman
Adam Schneider (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill East) posted his handprint on his rookie season winning three events as well. Schneider was a part of the 200-yard freestyle relay win (1:30.48), the 200-yard medley relay, and also placed first in the 50-free with a time of 48.43.
The men's team is back in action tomorrow (Sunday, November 1)as they visit Stevens Institute of Technology.
