Madison, NJ… The College of New Jersey men's tennis team picked up its third straight win as the Lions claimed all nine points from host Drew University on Wednesday for a 9-0 victory.
The put the Lions at 7-3 on the season as the won all six singles matches and all three in doubles play.
Sophomore
Stewart Fernandez (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor-Plainsboro South) had the most exciting win of the match at second singles as he outlasted his opponent 4-6, 6-2, 10-4.
Sophomore
Dan Lee (Abington, PA/Abington) also added a pair of wins as he extended his overall winning streak to 18 straight, which includes both singles and doubles matches.
TCNJ is back on the court on Sunday, April 11 taking on 14th-ranked Salisbury University in a noon start.
