The win brings head coach
Dawn Henderson within one victory of earning her 400
th-career coaching win. She would become just the 28
th head coach in Division III women's basketball history to reach that milestone. Henderson will seek number 400 at 23
rd-ranked Kean University on Wednesday night.
Jessica Imhof (Flemington, NJ/Hunterdon Central) led all scorers with 21 points in the game as the Lions (10-5) notched their 10
th win of the season. The senior co-captain took advantage from the free throw line hitting 10-of-11 attempts. Senior
Hannah Tait (Staten Island, NY/Notre Dame Academy) hit four three-pointers and finished with 13 points and junior
Candace Vigo (New Brunswick, NJ/New Brunswick Health and Science Tech) grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds and added six points.

Kelli McIntyre (Orwigsburg, PA/Blue Mountain) led the Crusaders (5-6) with 10 points, while
Allie Toczylowski (Mantua, NJ/Clearview Regional) finished with six points and seven boards.
TCNJ shot 43 percent in the game from behind the arc, hitting 6-of-12 in the second half. Sophomore
Tiffany DeTulio (Colts Neck, NJ/Colts Neck) bagged three, while freshman
Kelly Coughlin (Trumbull, CT/Trumbull) tossed in a pair.
The Lions built an early 17-9 lead midway through the period before the Crusaders employed a full-court press, spearheading a quick 5-0 run. TCNJ pushed the lead back to seven when Tait and DeTulio drained back-to-back three pointers.
Imhof was a steady force on offense, hitting a pair of field goals and knocking down seven-of-eight free throws in the opening 20 minutes. She also picked off a pair of steals in the half as the Lions forced 10 turnovers en route to a 32-29 at the break
TCNJ came out swinging the first four minutes of the second half. DeTulio hit a pair of threes off kickouts from sophomore
Liz West (Monmouth Jct., NJ/Shore Regional) to stretch the lead to double-digits with 16:01 remaining. Minutes later, Imhof found nothing but net from long distance and Vigo put back her own miss and TCNJ had a 54-36 at the 11:12 mark.
The offense continued to flow for the Lions while the Crusaders struggled to make shots. They hit just 8-of-36 shots in the second half as the host defense made it difficult to get good looks.
Coughlin finished with 11 points and DeTulio cashed in nine points and three steals. Senior
Katie Occhipinti (Millington, NJ/The Pingry School) posted a game-high five assists and West had six points and five boards.
TCNJ will visit the Cougars (13-2, 4-0) on Wednesday night at 6 p.m. in Union, NJ.
