Ewing, NJ ... The College of New Jersey football team will suit up for a key New Jersey Athletic Conference match-up as they square off against SUNY Cortland in Lions' Stadium tomorrow at noon.
The Lions (2-2, 1-1 NJAC) are coming off of a 55-27 victory over Western Connecticut State University last Saturday. The Red Dragons (3-1, 3-0 NJAC) blanked Montclair State University 20-0 last week and enter tomorrow's game atop the standings in the conference.
A featured match-up in the game will pit TCNJ's rush defense against Cortland's rushing offense. The Lions lead the NJAC in limiting the opposing offense to 96.5 yards per game. The Red Dragons top the conference in ground attack, chewing up 247.0 yards per game with the run.
