A 10-2 run put the visitors in control enjoyed their biggest advantage in the half at 34-18 with 2:33 on the clock as Candace Vigo (New Brunswick, NJ/New Brunswick Health Science Technology) connected from the foul line.

Coughlin led all players at the half with 11 points and junior Kelly Roddy (Belmar, NJ/St. Rose) also had a big first 20 minutes with eight points.

In the second half, the Lions put together a modest 10-2 over the course of the first five minutes extending their lead to 47-25.

The Cougars then ran off the next six points, but TCNJ brushed off that run to eventually post 68-41 victory.

Coughlin tied a career high with 15 points for the Lions as she was perfect on all three of her 3-point attempts. Vigo added a season-high 14 points and junior Tiffany DeTulio (Colts Neck, NJ/Colts Neck) also reach double figures with 11.
