Amherst, MA... The College of New Jersey men's tennis team saw its season come to a close on Saturday ass the Lions fell to Vassar College 5-1 in the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.
The loss capped a very successful season for the Lions as they finished the campaign at 11-4.
The match was played at Amherst College and all NCAA matches are played until decision, not completion.
TCNJ netted a win at third doubles as the duo of
Jordan Cruz (Shamong, NJ/Seneca) and
Marc Nichols (Lawrenceville, NJ/Princeton) collected an 8-6 triumph.
