Camden, NJ… Having already wrapped up the New Jersey Athletic Conference title, The College of New Jersey capped off its third straight season with a perfect league record as the Lions cruised to a 15-1 win at Rutgers University-Camden on Tuesday.
The Lions went 5-0 in the NJAC and extended their winning streak against conference opponents to 17 straight dating back to the 2010 season. Overall, TCNJ is 10-4.
The loss dropped the Scarlet Raptors to 6-7 overall and 0-3 in the NJAC.
TCNJ cruised to a 12-0 lead at the half and then outscored Rutgers-Camden by a pair of goals in the final 30 minutes.

Jillian Nealon (Whitehouse Station, NJ/Hunterdon Central) paced the Lions with a seven-point performance scoring a pair of goals and dishing out five assists. Junior
Lauren Pigott (Jobstown, NJ/Northern Burlington) led all players with four goals, while sophomore
Kendal Borup (Plainsboro, NJ/West Windsor-Plainsboro South) scored three times. Three players each scored two goals and added an assist in the win and that group included junior
Jen Garavente (Monroe Twp., NJ/Monroe Twp.), sophomore
Erin Healy (Spring Lake Heights, NJ/Manasquan), and sophomore
Erin Waller (Washington Twp., NJ/Washington Twp.).
TCNJ begins a three-game home stand to wrap up the regular season on Thursday, April 18 hosting Neumann University at 7 p.m.
