NJAC Opener: The Lions open NJAC play with the match against NJCU. The Gothic Knights opened NJAC play with a 9-0 win over Rutgers-Camden, the first match for the program in 22 years.
 
International Flair: The Gothic Knights feature a team of international players. All six players to see action in the season opener come to the Garden State from overseas.
 
Athletes of the Week: Justin Wain and Adrian Tsui were named NJAC Player of the Week and NJAC Rookie of the Week on Monday. The pair both went 2-0 as part of a 9-0 win against SUNY Oneonta.
