READING, Pa. – Rayhanah Ahmed tallied three goals with two coming late in the third quarter to lead the TCNJ field hockey team over Albright, 6-0, on the road Saturday afternoon.
Ahmed's first two goals came in about a span of one minute with her first coming on a penalty stroke in the 43rd minute, and her second coming unassisted in the 44th minute.
Ahmed's goals were part of a five-goal second half with other tallies from
Mackenzie Hart and
Rachael Tetzlaff.
Jadyn Huff had the lone goal of the first half that proved to be the game winner after knocking the ball out of the air from the left side from about 10 yards out.
Claire Engebreth assisted on the goal with her first of three on the day.
On the defensive side, TCNJ goalkeeper
Brigitte Racey was tested just once to earn the shutout.

- Ahmed led all TCNJ shooters with 10 and finished with a 7-point afternoon, establishing new career highs in both goals and points

- Engebreth improved her team-leading assist total to 8 with three helpers
